Enrolment Fees and Business Notices

Fee Schedules should be read in conjunction with the Student Enrolment Agreement, Business Notices, any Addenda to Conditions of Entry, and other relevant policies shown on the Policies and Reports page.

APPLICATION FEE

  • A non-refundable application fee of AUD$350 (for Australian citizens, permanent and temporary residents) or AUD$500 for full fee paying overseas students is payable per application.

ENROLMENT FEE

  • After a place is offered, that place is secured by acceptance of the place and the payment of a non-refundable enrolment fee in advance of a date nominated by the School as follows:
    • Early Learning Centre student (ELC3 to ELC4): AUD$1,000
    • Primary and Secondary student (Prep to Year 12, excluding Year 9): AUD$2,500
    • Year 9 student: AUD$5,000
    • Full fee paying overseas student (ELC to Year 12): AUD$5,500

Our School recognises that an education at Geelong Grammar School is a privilege for students and considered investment for families. Therefore, in addition to our significant scholarship programme, we also offer the following concessions and payment options to help support families.

Sibling Discounts

In the case of three or more children attending the School at the same time, a sibling discount will apply:

  • A 20% discount for the third and subsequent children applies when all students are boarders, and three (3) or more children are enrolled at the same time (discount applies to youngest sibling); and
  • A 15% discount for the third and subsequent children applies when three or more children are enrolled together, but not all are boarders (discount applies to youngest sibling).
Timbertop Fee Payment Option for Day Students

The extra expense of full boarding in the Timbertop year is significant for parents usually paying day fees only. Those parents may apply for payment of the difference between the day and boarding fee in Year 9 to be spread equally over Years 8, 9 and 10. Applications to take advantage of this scheme must be lodged with the Admissions Office before 1 August each year during Year 7.

Advance Payment of Fees

The School is able to accept a lump sum payment or payments for fees in advance subject to approval by conditions.
